1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Website Purchases)

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for all musical instruments purchased directly from our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Conditions:

• Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

• The item must include the original proof of purchase.

• Non-returnable Items: Certain items are exempt for hygiene reasons, including opened mouthpieces, used reeds, and instrument cleaning supplies.

2. Custom & Special Orders

Customized or special-ordered instruments are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has begun. We recommend confirming all specifications before placing a custom order.

3. Final Sale Items (No Returns)

The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:

• Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Liquidation".

• Items sold "as-is".

• Accessories listed as non-returnable (e.g., used reeds).

4. Warranty & Replacements

• Warranty: All new instruments include a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects, and a 1-year complimentary repair service. This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse.

• Replacements: Replacements are only available for new items with confirmed manufacturer defects that are outside the scope of normal service adjustments. Used instruments are not eligible for replacement.

5. International Orders (Taxes & Duties)

• Responsibility: Taxes, customs duties, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyers are fully responsible for all import fees, customs procedures, and associated taxes in their own country.

6. Return Shipping Responsibility

The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

• Our Error: If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

• Buyer's Remorse: If the return is due to customer choice (e.g., changed mind, not the right fit), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

7. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us & Obtain RMA

• You must contact us via email to obtain return instructions and a mandatory Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

Step 2: Ship the Item After RMA Approval

• Returns must be sent to the correct designated warehouse address as instructed in your RMA approval.

• Return Address (Other Regions): Refer to your RMA instructions.

Step 3: Refunds

• Refunds will be issued in USD to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
