Purchases After Trial

• We offer free in-home trials for all domestic clients.

• To arrange a trial, please contact one of our Resident Flutists.

• After a trial, no refunds or exchanges are accepted, as you’ve had the opportunity to raise any concerns during the trial period.

Website Purchases

• 7-day return window for instruments purchased online.

• If the flute isn’t the right fit, our Resident Flutists can help you explore other options.

Custom-Ordered Instruments

• All custom-ordered instruments and accessories are non-refundable.

• Production typically takes 4–6 months.

• Once ordered from the manufacturer, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are possible.

• If unsure, we recommend purchasing from our in-stock inventory instead.

Guo Instruments

• Not eligible for the Flute Center Standard Service Guarantee.

Pre-Owned & Unique Instruments

• All pre-owned instruments are one-of-a-kind and follow our Trial Program rules.

• Orders will be fulfilled after existing trials are completed.

• Trial clients have priority purchase rights over online buyers during an active trial.

• If a unique item is sold to the trial client:

  • Online buyers can choose another instrument of equal value or request a full refund.

• All refunds are issued in USD via the original payment method.

• JP is not responsible for transaction fees, currency exchange rates, or other financial impacts.

Liquidation Items

• Sold as-is, with no warranty or trial eligibility.

• All sales are final.

Accessories

• No returns or exchanges, except:

  • Defective merchandise may be exchanged for an identical unused item in original packaging within 7 days of invoice date.

  • Lefreques can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

Sale Items

• Only regular-priced items are eligible for return/exchange.

Replacements

• We replace new items only if defective beyond normal service guarantee coverage.

Exchanges
